Homes 4or Sale is a new high quality, free magazine intended for local real estate agents to showcase both their superior brand identity as well as their feature homes. They will be featured on colour only, 70lb. glossy stock.

Rates Include:

• 1 hour custom ad design (additional time will be billed at an hourly basis)
• Agents profile on free website
• Photography can be provided at additional $
• Free leads from the toll-free number and requests from the website
• Copies of magazine delivered directly to real estate office.

Material Submission Guidlines:

Digital photographs must contain a minimum of 300 DPI. Digital cameras should be set to the higest quality before taking the image. Online advertisements only require 72 DPI which is not sufficient for magazine use.
